The better-equipped Pro version is a fully-featured conference system that supports up to 100 viewers. The features include screen sharing, collaborative editing on the screen, text messaging, and the ability to participate with a phone.

WebEx Meetings

Cisco’s WebEx is the biggest competitor to GoToMeeting. The two applications are almost equivalent. Full-featured video conferencing features such as desktop sharing, whiteboarding, collaborative document management, and remote access to participants’ computers are available for meetings with up to 100 participants.

A simpler three-party system is available free of charge, but unlike GoToMeeting, you must register for free before you can use it. On the other hand, even the users of the free WebEx receive 250 MB of online storage space for their documents.

Google Hangouts

You can even watch videos (via YouTube) as a group and submit your comments. For more than ten users, try Hangouts on Air, a live partner of Hangouts.

Similar to Skype designed for young users, ooVoo is a mobile video-based video chat tool. The integration in Facebook is an important point, and ooVoo is already pushing millions of users, which means that the chance your friends are already using the app is increasing.

There are also versions for Mac and PC, but you should make sure that you do not get junk. With support for 12 users at the same time, video voice messages, and the ability to record and upload calls to YouTube, ooVoo is a useful service.
